First Snow


San Francisco Peaks
Ready or not, here comes the snow!  The San Francisco Peaks above Flagstaff received their first real dusting of snow last night.  It sure is beautiful.

I'd love to see autumn linger a bit longer though.  I've been loving the changing colors around town and the sunny but crisp days that are perfect for walking.  Hopefully after tonights hard freeze, we'll get back to more Indian Summer weather for a while!

Reading your post, I am a little envious. I am sitting here in south Louisiana where it is in the high 80's. Fall doesn't come here very much. Usually summer then straight to a few weeks of cool weather and a couple of cold nights.
The snow covered mountains look so lovely. Wish I were there.

It was in the 80s this weekend in NH. Loved it and it should be in the 60s and 70s for the next few days. I love winter, but I'd like it to wait just a bit longer!
